Aji de Gallina with Spaghetti
Yield for 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 chicken legs
- 3 table spoons of yellow chili Uku.
- 200 ml. Chicken soup
- 2 pieces of white bread
- 50 ml evaporated milk
- 20gr. Pecanas
- Nutmeg
- Oregan
- Branch of parsley.
Boil chicken legs until cooked, then crumble.
Soak the white bread in the evaporated milk for 5 minutes then blend it.
